33 Degrees Beach House is designed as a duplex, allowing possible accommodation of 2 families sharing kitchen facilities. The downstairs area is well suited to being an adolescent retreat.

Upstairs: open lounge and kitchen, Master Bedroom (queen bed), Bedroom 2 (2 single beds or 1 queen bed), Bedroom 3 (single bed); Downstairs: media /rumpus area (table tennis table), Bedroom 3 (queen bed); Bedroom 4 (3 single beds); Summerhouse: cane table and lounge chairs

A Guest Book provides up-to-date and helpful information about the district's attractions, (including the nearby upmarket eateries of Hardy's Bay) and suggestions for day trips to various Central Coast tourist attractions suitable to both adults and children.
